My name is Jake Cobb. I've worked as a researcher, software developer and Linux system administrator. I'm currently with the Velocity group at Varian working on medical imaging software in the Radiation Oncology domain. I was formerly a grad student at Georgia Tech, where my research interests were applying static and dynamic program analysis techniques to database applications. My past projects include work in fault localization, regression testing and dynamic invariant detection.
I was a member of the Aristotle Research Group under my late advisor Mary Jean Harrold. I also worked with Mayur Naik in the Program Analysis Group on applying program analysis to SQL and relational databases for the purpose of automating database education.
